All payments taken on our website are dealt with by our Payment Service Provider – PayPal. This means we will never see, store or handle any of your card details. Refunds are issued via the same Payment Service Provider that was used to make the purchase.

We will keep all conversation sent via Email, text SMS, live chat and social media sites. This is to provide a higher level of customer service and support. We may also take note of and store any relevant information provided over the phone.

We keep only digital copies of customer orders. This purchase history helps with our customer service and support. The customer orders do not include payment information.

We use analytics to help paint a better picture of how customers/visitors use our site. Information including IP addresses, device type, location data, and browsing habits is used to help improve our website and shopping experience.
